Step 1 : Job Specification

Obtain detailed job specification from client. If necessary, visit the client and understand their requirements

  • Obtain the shortlistings from client.

Step 4 : Set-Up Interviews.

  • Brief Applicant on Company and interview process.

Step 5 : Follow Up

Follow up on interviews and give feedback to both applicant and client.

Step 6 : Regrets

Inform and Advise all unsuccessful candidates.

Step 7 : Offers

  • Make offers on behalf of client.
  • Negotiate if necessary.

Step 8 : Documentation

  • Ensure that applicant receives letter of offer.
  • Ensure signed letter is returned to client.

Step 9 : Invoice

Send invoice on applicant's day of joining.

Step 10 : Post-Joining Follow Up

Follow up with client and candidate on a regular basis to ensure all is going well.
